This living room is one of my favorite transformations because it turned an underutilized space into a room with not only function and beauty, but sentimental value.

The goal for this space: maximize gorgeous lake views and encourage hours of conversation. Add to that- swivel seating was a must for optional viewing into the adjacent living space, including the fireplace.
